We collect Personal Information directly from you when you interact with the Platform, automatically when you access the Platform, and through third-party tools integrated into the Platform.

2.1 Account and Identity Data

Wallet Address: Your Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchain wallet address is collected when you connect to the Platform. The wallet address serves as the primary identifier for all users of the Platform. We will never request your private keys or wallet seed phrase under any circumstances.

Bounty Program Account Data: If you elect to participate in the optional Kwala Bounty Program, you may authenticate using Google Single Sign-On ("SSO"). Upon authentication via Google SSO, we receive your email address from Google solely for the purposes of administering your participation in the Bounty Program. Your email address is mapped to your wallet address within our internal systems. No password is collected or stored by Kwala.

2.2 Support and Communication Data

If you contact us through the support chat facility on the Platform, we collect your name, email address and contact number for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Support and communication data is retained for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of collection, following which it is deleted or anonymised.

2.3 Workflow and Execution Data

Workflow Configuration Data: Workflow definitions, trigger configurations, event listener settings, and API endpoint configurations created by you on the Platform are stored as YAML files on the KALP Blockchain and mapped to your wallet address. Workflow configuration data stored on the KALP Blockchain is publicly accessible, permanent, and immutable by nature.

Execution Log Data: Each time a workflow executes, Kwala records an execution log on the KALP Blockchain comprising the following data points: workflow name; wallet address; action identifier; timestamp (GMT); time taken to execute; gas consumed; chain identifier; error details (where applicable); and execution result.
